FORGE is operated by Kairon SpA. For privacy questions, requests or support, contact contacto@kairon.cl.

We process only the information needed to provide and improve FORGE. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:

• Account data, such as your email address and authentication information managed by the authentication service.
• Profile data you choose to provide, such as display name, birth year, gender, body weight, height, language, training context and experience level.
• Fitness and training data, such as workouts, routines, exercises, loads, repetitions, times, distances, scores, RPE, personal records, notes and training history.
• Technical and usage information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service, such as app events, error information and device or browser context processed by our infrastructure providers.

• Provide your account and save your training history.
• Calculate progress, references and training summaries requested by you.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse and recover failed or duplicated write operations.
• Provide support, diagnose incidents and improve the reliability and usability of FORGE.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

FORGE uses Base44 infrastructure for application hosting, authentication, backend services and data storage. If you choose Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in, Apple or Google also process authentication information under their respective terms and privacy policies. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

FORGE does not sell your personal data and does not use your training data for third-party advertising.

Your information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can export your data from Settings and request account deletion directly inside FORGE. After deletion, information may remain temporarily in technical backups where required for security, integrity or disaster recovery before being overwritten.

You can review or update profile information in the app, export your data and delete your account. You may also contact us to exercise rights available under applicable privacy law.

We use access controls, authenticated requests and user-level data isolation designed to limit each user to their own private records. No system can guarantee absolute security, so we also monitor and improve safeguards as the service evolves.

FORGE is a fitness tracking tool. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for a minor to use online services, the account should only be created with that required consent.

We may update this policy when FORGE or its legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
